LOGISTICS PROJECTS
The MCA Group is focused on the development of Logistics projects in Spain, where it has a strong track record and a significant pipeline of identified opportunities.
In Spain we own BCM, a company with highly relevant sector experience and proximity to the local market – and we are supported by our global competence centres based in Portugal.
We are responsible for the development, urbanization and supervision of construction works, collaborating with local partners to deliver assets that stand out for their sustainability standards and their location.
We are expanding into new geographies where we already have established activity – namely in Germany – and diversifying the types of assets developed.
