The MCA Group is focused on supporting a new sustainable urban order — driven by lifestyle trends where the digital transition and shared living play a key role.

Through our acquired experience and strong partnerships, we develop the best solutions for our customers – whether they are last-mile logistics platforms and technology hubs, or solutions for affordable or multi-family housing.

  • Strong experience in DEPC (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction) of logistics parks in Spain, for Tier 1 institutional investors

  • Turnkey projects (EPC), with the highest quality and sustainability standards (LEED certification or equivalent)

  • Ambitious pipeline to deliver in Spain and exploration of opportunities across Europe

The MCA Group is focused on the development of Logistics projects in Spain, where it has a strong track record and a significant pipeline of identified opportunities.

In Spain we own BCM, a company with highly relevant sector experience and proximity to the local market – and we are supported by our global competence centres based in Portugal.

We are responsible for the development, urbanization and supervision of construction works, collaborating with local partners to deliver assets that stand out for their sustainability standards and their location.

We are expanding into new geographies where we already have established activity – namely in Germany – and diversifying the types of assets developed.
