VOLUNTEERING IN ANGOLA

  • At the Camama Psychosocial Reception Centre, in Luanda, and at the BG No 1006 Primary School, in Benguela. We painted the walls of the center with vibrant colors that dignify this space, impacting 15 institutionalized families, dozens of people who travel weekly to the center and more than 70 children.

MCA IMPRESSIONS EVENT

  • In September 2022, we organized an internal event where we physically brought together more than 250 people from the MCA Group in two virtually connected locations: Portugal and Angola. This was the first major event after the Covid-19 pandemic and was organized with the aim of discussing global insights, business priorities, and experiences among peers. A relaxed atmosphere that invited everyone to share their perspectives and impressions.

We addressed topics ranging from energy transition, carbon neutrality, new urban order, digital transformation and people’s well-being.

The event itself was organized with sustainability and social responsibility at its core, through the reuse of materials for props and with excess food being donated to Re-Food, an organization that donates food to people in need.
